Exterior Done (Now the Interior)
In this message from Matthew 22:34–40, Jesus reveals what real discipleship looks like—not polished behavior, but a transformed heart. When asked to rank the greatest commandment, Jesus refuses to play the rules game and instead points to love: wholehearted love for God and whole-person love for others. Through a deeply honest story and Jesus’ words in the Great Commandment, we’re challenged to move beyond a “finished exterior” faith and allow God to reshape our interior lives. The goal isn’t rule-keeping—it’s love that costs something and changes us from the inside out. Dustyn Vanzant February 1, 2026
